My name is Sam Hammerman, and I am a performing musician and teacher. I studied at Berklee College of Music, and have dedicated my life to music as a recording singer songwriter, and as a teacher of various genres and styles - everything from Jimi Hendrix to Taylor Swift. My students are of all ages, from as young as 3 years old, to adults.

 

Whether you are just embarking on your musical journey, or if you want the tools to take your playing to the next level, I can help you achieve your goals and aspirations!

With experience teaching for over a decade, I tailor the lessons to every student.

 

You will learn your favorite songs, essential chords and scales, rhythm training/feel, music theory/harmony, songwriting, improvising, developing various important guitar techniques, reading, ear training, arranging, home recording/production, and even effective tools to overcome performance anxiety!
